    REFUND/EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT: may be requested for all merchandise received back at GolfAndStreetShoes.Com within 14 days from the original date of delivery as long as it is new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product and price tags attached. If a refund is requested, it will be applied back to the original form of payment for the value of merchandise only, without shipping cost. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing your refund.

    EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT: Is available for qualified merchandise received back at GolfAndStreetShoes.Com after the first 14 days and within 30 days from the original date of delivery as long as it is new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product and price tags attached.

    The following products may NOT be returned 1. Used merchandise 2. Items listed in the product description as FINAL SALE 3. Items listed in the product description as CUSTOM ORDER 4. Footwear without original shoebox/packaging.

    If shoes are being returned the actual shoe box can not be used as shipping box since this would damage the product's resale ability.

    RESTOCKING FEE'S: A 10 percent restocking fee based upon the selling price of the merchandise will be charged for any return of WALTER GENUIN SHOES unless an exchange is requested.

    PACKAGE TRACKING: GolfAndStreetShoes.Com recommends using United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Postal Services or other shippers who offer package tracking and delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your returns for their full value.
